About 6 years ago, Midian Roofing, replaced the roof at my home. I was very impressed with how the company kept me informed of everything they were doing and when it would be done. They kept in contact every step of the way via phone calls, texts and emails. I was very satisfied with the work they did. I would and still do recommend them to anyone who needs any roofing work.

Back in late January, early February, I had to call a pest control company to deal with a squirrel in my mother’s attic. The squirrel issue was addressed. The pest control agent advised me to have someone come out and inspect her roof because there was water damage. The attic is not easily accessible so I could not see for myself. My mother’s house has a metal roof, so I called a roofing company in north Georgia that deals with metal roofing. They came out, took a video of the attic that showed the damage as well as a moisture reading. They said her roof would need to be stripped of the metal, the shingles that were under the metal, as well as the decking. The cost to install a new shingled roof was quoted as $14,500.

To make a long story short… here is my current review of Midian.
I called Midian roofing to inspect the attic and give a quote. From my previous experience, I knew Midian was a great company. James Justice, Area Sales Manager, according to his business card, came out on a Monday morning. He went up into the attic, took pictures, and told us that the roof did not appear to be leaking. He believed that the damage shown in the attic occurred before the metal roof was installed over the shingles. It was forecasted to rain in the next day or two. James said he wanted to come back when it was raining. He did come back when it was raining, inspected the attic and everything up there was dry. He confirmed the damage to the decking occurred before the metal roof was installed. He also said that the meter, used by the previous company, would register moisture during cold weather. Mr. Justice told us that mom did not need a new roof. Which was a great relief for my mother.
I really want to thank James Justice for his honesty. He proved once again that Midian Roofing is a great, reliable, and trustworthy company.

Recently purchased home with fairly new roof. But it developed a roof leak. I called Meridian. Next day the repairman came and stayed all day on my roof. It was a very cold/windy day. No complaints, just steady work. No leaks now! Reasonable price and great attitude.

My Mom has been trying to get her carport roof replaced for the past 4.5 to 5 years. Insurance turned her down when they replaced the main roof saying it wasn't covered. Fast forward to now. I had my 20 year old roof completely replaced. Very reasonable price. Excellent quality work and materials. Ladders went up at 7 AM. Work, including clean up, was complete at 3 PM. Midian is the big dog in roofing projects.
